IDEAS
 INTO IMPACT

Who we are

VentureForge is a nonprofit foundation created for early stage founders who want to forge their ideas into impact

What we believe

We envision a world where wealth creation is democratized for all founders regardless of background

Many potential founders never build their ventures because they lack access to the right network, early funding or knowledge that allows them to bet on themselves and their idea.

What we do

FAQ

What stage should my company be in?
If you have an idea or concept and are focused on building a MVP and achieving product-market fit, this is the perfect program for you
Do I need a technical co-founder?
Not at all. From a technical standpoint, Verticode will handle your MVP development and hand off all the code to you or host it for you on their platform.
What is the cost of the program?
The Forge Bootcamp does not require any payment or equity given. The only thing we require is a deep commitment to your cohort and to the 10-week process AND when you become successful, to come back as a speaker for a future cohort.
How much time will I need to commit each week?
We know you are actively building a business and navigating life at the same time. We wanted to provide as much flexibility within the program to allow you to be effective. You should expect to commit about 4-6 hours per week to participate in cohort meetings and advisor and assignments designed to accelerate your venture’s growth.
Will I receive funding from the bootcamp?
Opportunity for funding comes via equity-free grants from our VentureStarter platform that each participant will have access to. This platform connects Ventures with Funders who believe in the mission and team and want to fund their early success.
What industries or sectors do you accept into the bootcamp?
We are industry-agnostic, however we look for products or services that have a technology use case or use technology to reach their target market. We believe technology can disrupt any industry and select ventures from any sector that are mission driven and focused on building impactful solutions. This includes small business that want to expand online.
Do I need to relocate to participate?
No. VentureForge Bootcamp is fully remote, so you can participate from anywhere in the US.
How do I apply?
Simply click the “Apply Now” button at the top of the page, fill out the application form, and we’ll be in touch!
Will I get any feedback if I don't make it in the cohort?
Absolutely. Even though we anticipate many more applicants than open spots, we want to ensure that you get some feedback on your venture. It’s important and we want to build a relationship with you and have you as a part of our community. Our goal is to continue to scale so we can have larger and larger classes.
If I don't get into the cohort, do I need to apply again?
If you didn't make it into this cohort, don't worry, we have your application and when the next cohort opens you can either have us refer to your previous submission or update it with your progress. Your call.
